East Midlands Communications Ltd (O2 Francisee)
My mentor has helped me to improve the sales numbers in my call centre by 50%, reduced my recruitment process from 6 weeks to 1 week, helped me to change my outlook on running my business and personal life and helped me to communicate with different people in different ways which has enhanced my leadership skills enormously. He has helped and encouraged me through the process of launching my new online business and has inspired me to pursue another. Within the first few weeks of the programme I found out I was having a baby and he has continued to support me, motivate me further to push on my career, showed me how to be more efficient with my time and been a great support on a personal level too. My mentor deserves to win inspirational mentor of the programme as he has given me so much of his time, supported me personally, helped to change my current business and has instilled confidence in me that I can achieve everything else in business I still want to do..” Olivia Landin (Managing Director of East Midlands Communications Ltd and She Selected Ltd)

After many years in industry, I hit a bit of a brick wall. My business had stopped growing, i was tired, unmotivated and maintaining poor relationships. I engaged with Theo and his team at Stanti and over the last 2 years, my business and personal life has flourished. From our first conversations to now, our partnership has not only guided me successfully into a new market, but my business has become more successful than ever before.

Theo’s excellent coaching style and ability to get me visualising what success looks like, was a huge contributory factor in creating what I believe to be a powerful purpose statement for the business, along with a clear vision and values which now run through everything we do.
Theo is passionate about business, personal fulfillment and success, and this comes across strongly in his coaching sessions. He provides me with some great practical tools, as well as a different perspective on many aspects of my business and personal life. I would recommend Theo to any leader who wishes to challenge themselves and transform their business or any other aspect of their lives.” Elle James (Managing Director of Elle James Interiors Ltd)

Overcoming adversity with a great attitude and being happy are the keys to success. That was the advice from local entrepreneur, Theo Constanti, to students on Tuesday (19 June) at our annual Achievement Awards Evening.
Talking about his own and others’ experiences, the CEO of The Marble Group said: “A great attitude is the most singular important thing that will define you for the rest of your life. But you also need to be positive, happy and follow your passions. These are some of the keys to success in the face of adversity.”
Students from each year were awarded for their achievements in the various subject areas. Mr. Constanti encouraged them to read books about their interests to help them be good at them. He congratulated, teachers, staff and parents for all helping the students’ reach their potential.
