Our Story
Our story begins with our founder Theo Constanti.

In 2001 Theo had a tragic motorbike accident where he lost his hand and damaged his lungs when he was 17. He recovered well and went to University and obtained an Economics degree.
When he was 19 he started an advertising business where he learnt salesmanship and how to run a company. By the time he was 21 he employed 70 people. At 22 years old Theo paid off his parents mortgage for them and retired them to Cyprus where they live today. At 23 he entered the world of construction by setting up The Marble Group Ltd. The company provides, marble, stone, tiling and construction services to architects, kitchen companies, interior designers, main contractors and builders. The Marble Group has completed works in Harrods, Selfridges and Harvey Nicholls as well as a number of the world’s leading hotels (The Dorchester, Hilton, W and more).

At 24 Theo set up an Estate Agency. The company has been trading for 9 years and has continually grown. Having managed almost 500 properties over the years Theo has an extremely big network of Landlords, developers and surveyors. Owning a property company has helped Theo learn about the ins and outs of the property market and he has become somewhat of an expert giving talks about the property industry at various business events. His wife is the current director of this company.
